2026-145 Windom Area Fisheries Invasive Carp Electric Barrier 6C RepairThe Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for: the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to excavate and replace buried wiring and connections on the outside of each culvert to sealed conduit mounted on the inside of the culverts of the invasive carp electric barrier. Replace electrode with new. Repair a section of chain link fence and replace support poles with new.
