2026-801 William O'Brien Day Use Area SidewalksThe Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for: the labor, equipment, mobilization, excavation, site prep, drainage improvements, materials, concrete, tools, transportation, incidentals, and all else necessary to construct sidewalks for access to the north and south restroom utility rooms and the swimming beach outdoor shower at the Walter Mondale Day Use Area of William O-Brien State Park as specified. Project also includes salvage and reinstall of existing outdoor shower and drainage improvements to construct a swale to divert surface water.
