Disposal facility must be within 50 miles of the Department of Natural Resource (DNR) Lands and Minerals (LAM) office in Hibbing. Project is for the disposal “tipping” fee only; all loading, hauling, and unloading will be performed by DNR staff. No e-mail or faxed responses will be accepted.
