The purpose of the solicitation is to establish a contract with a vendor for a one-time purchase of two (2) SeaArk boats or approved comparable with motors and trailers per the specifications below to be used for patrolling Minnesota waters. Please be aware that there are attachments to this event. The vendor is responsible to review and comply with all requests that may be required in this event. DNR will be the determining factor if vendor meets specifications. All questions must be directed to the buyer listed on this event. DNR will only issue one purchase order per vendor. Payment will be made after all items have been received and approved. No partial payments
