The purpose of this tender is to conclude a contract with one actor for DNA extraction and long-read sequencing of 250 soil samples. This project aims to recover microbial genomes from 250 soil samples. The long read sequencing data requested for this project, are essential for the recovery process along with the DNA modifications that will support the advanced metagenomic binning process. In order to enable comparisons with existing data, it is crucial that the DNA is extracted with Qiagen Powersoil Pro kit, then purified for short fragments (DNA extraction and long-read sequencing of 250 soil samples The purpose of this tender is to enter into a contract with one actor for DNA extraction and long-read sequencing of 250 soil samples. This project aims to recover microbial genomes from 250 soil samples. The long read sequencing data requested for this project is essential to the recovery process along with the DNA modifications that will support it advanced metagenomic binning process.
