The proposed action is intended to be awarded on a firm-fixed price, sole source basis to: American Machines, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 © (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
FOB will be at Destination with preliminary inspection at Origin, final inspection and acceptance at Destination.
The DLA-Aviation is issuing this source sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for a DN Solutions DNM 5700- 4G/8K/40ATC.
