BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The scope of work is intended to improve operations and security for Building 203. The project will focus on the building’s west wing that houses the administration and training facilities for the 111th Attack Wing Air National Guard. In this wing, existing bathrooms will be renovated and the space reconfigured to relocate the Command Post operations from their current Building 235 location. A new fire alarm system will be provided and the Primary building systems will be evaluated and replaced as needed throughout the building. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $5, 020, 000.00.
