DLE services, framework agreement The competition concerns the delivery of an agreement for the delivery of supervision and inspection services on behalf of Føie DLE. The agreement shall cover Føie AS's license areas applicable at all times. The value of the acquisition is estimated at: NOK 2, 000, 000 e.g. VAT per year. Maximum value for the entire agreement period, including any options and expected price increase: NOK 20, 000, 000 ex VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down, and during the agreement period will depend on, among other things client's needs, activities, budget situation and other framework factors. For further information, we refer to the procurement documents. APPRENTICE: The client has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. the supply regulations § 7-14, and concluded that there are no requirements for apprentices in this procurement as the main element of the contract does not include work where it is relevant to use labor with trade or apprentice certificates, cf. the supply regulations § 7-14 (2) letter c.
