Addendum 2
This addendum is issued to provide notice of cancellation for the Request for Information (RFI) referenced above, which sought information regarding off-site document conversion and scanning services.
The Government has determined that there is no longer a need for this requirement and has decided not to move forward with a solicitation at this time.
The Government appreciates the time and effort vendors invested in preparing and submitting a response to this RFI. Interest in doing business with the government is highly valued, and encourage participation in future opportunities.
Addendum 1
This is a new requirement for Defense Logistics Agency, thus there are no previous contracts nor incumbents for the requirement. The Government will not respond to requests for additional information. Any and all questions and/or comments must be submitted on Attachment 4 - Question & Comment Form with the submission of a completed RFI package.
This is a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought only and in no way obligates the Government in an award of any contract. Any information submitted in response to this RFI is strictly voluntary. Currently, there is no solicitation package available.
This RFI/Sources Sought is issued for the following purposes:
Receive industry comment on the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Determine market interest, feasibility, and capability of sources.
Identify capable small business concerns that can perform this requirement.
Receive industry comment on Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) Structure.
