Description

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is issuing this Sources Sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for Cultural Immersion Leadership Development training for Senior Executives, Managers and Supervisors. Any interested firm should submit a Capabilities Statement with information which clearly demonstrates their capabilities to provide the services described below. Standard company brochures will not be considered a sufficient response to this Sources Sought Synopsis. It is anticipated that any future contract for these services will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), performance-based contract for one (1) year. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Air and Radiation (OAR) and of the Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards (OAQPS) is to preserve and improve air quality in the United States. To accomplish this, we compile and review air pollution data; develop regulations to limit and reduce air pollution and make information available to the public. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform all of the contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; 2) The specific services or business objectives to which your potential capacity applies; and 3) Your capability statement addressing the specifics of this effort, with appropriate documentation.
