1. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3, through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Sixty-Four Million One Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Two and 80/100 Pesos Only (P 164, 133, 982.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Diversion Works of Porac Dam with IB No. NIAR3-2026-PAM-PGRIS-21 located in Guagua, Pampanga. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Three Hundred Thirty (330) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
