Object of these works: Framework agreement Painting works and flexible floor coverings. The government contract (Framework Agreement) consists of 2 lots. Tenderers may, without any preference on our part, tender for the lots they wish to tender or on all plots. This does not influence the assessment and selection at all. Any (additional) discount for jointly (simultaneously) offering or executing multiple lots is not taken into account during the evaluation and award. - Lot 1 concerns the interior and exterior painting works - Lot 2 concerns the supply and installation of flexible floor coverings. Explanation: The assignment concerns the execution of maintenance painting work on homes (house and apartment), including the common parts. This concerns renovation, not new construction. The nature and extent of the works varies and cannot be determined in advance. In addition, the works must be carried out on different dates during the year that cannot be determined in advance and at various places throughout the territory of Woontrots BV. The painting work for each vacant building is very urgent.
