Tender Details

Tenders are invited for District Cooling System (Dcs) at Kwu Tung North New Development Area
Phase 1 - Dcs Pipe Laying and Associated Works (nec4 Ecc Option B)

The Scope of the Works Includes Laying of Dcs Chilled Water Pipes at Kwu Tung North New Development Area. The Contract is Scheduled to Commence in March 2022 for Completion in March 2025.

Selective tendering is adopted. Contractors on the List of Approved Contractors for Public Works under the category of ‘Waterworks (Group C)- or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being on the List of Approved Contractors for Public Works under the category of ‘Waterworks (Group C)- who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender.

Contractors not yet on the List of Approved Contractors for Public Works under the category of ‘Waterworks (Group C)- may also submit a tender if they submit a request for participation together with a duly completed application for inclusion in the above-mentioned approved list/category by 2 November 2021 to Mr. WOO Po-hung, Energy Efficiency Office, 7/F, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, 3 Kai Shing Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong, meet the qualifications and conditions for participation, and the application for inclusion is duly approved on or before the tendering closing date. Contractors will be liable to have their names removed from the approved list(s) if they fail or refuse to implement an accepted tender.
