District catering - Budapest Capital XXIII. Provision of catering services for educational, educational and social institutions operating in the administrative area of the Municipality of Soroksar District.provision of public catering services in public institutions, taking into account the catering needs of beneficiaries of different ages and needs (amounts of portions and different types of individual meals). During public catering, the service provider must be responsible for the protection of childrenand Act XXXI of 1997 on guardianship administration. TV. III of 1993 on social administration and social benefits. tv., as well as 37/2014 on nutritional and health regulations for public catering. (IV.30.) of the provisions of the EMMI decree.

Quantities applicable to the service:

1. In educational institutions:

1.1.kindergarten-aged children (age group 4-6) receive three meals a year, a total of 502 people on 220 educational days;

1.2.general school-age children on 185 educational days a year, a total of 930 people, of which

- 7-10-year-old (lower) single dining room: 176 people;

- 7-10 year old (lower) triple dining room: 431 people; in primary school meals - out of the above total of 1432 children - 35 children receive a special dietary diet, broken down as follows...
