The World Bank intends to support a few electricity utilities in client-country in strengthening their digital capabilities and implementation readiness through the development of phased ICT roadmaps, targeted system specifications, and practical knowledge exchange, with the aim of improving operational performance and financial sustainability. Based on related ongoing engagements, through this ToR, the World Bank wants to appoint a Consultant (firm) for Uzbekistan-s REPN to develop a digital roadmap, enable peer-to-peer technical exchange with high performing utility from developed economy, and distill implementation lessons on successfully deploying integrated IT/OT systems at scale.
