packaging and distribution service of packages including Reading Kits and promotional materials for libraries service of preparation, packaging and distribution of Reading Kits and letters to primary schools The subject of the order is distribution service for the Book Institute divided into two parts: Part 1 - packaging and distribution service of packages including Reading Kits and promotional materials for libraries; a) approx. 150, 000 copies of books in three titles (after approx. 50, 000 copies of each of the three titles), with similar technical parameters (dimensions, weight); b) promotional materials: posters - approx. 28, 000 pieces, large stickers - approx. 450, 000 pieces (22, 500 sheets of 20 pieces), small stickers - approx. 4, 500, 000 pieces (22 500 sheets with 200 stickers each), plastic cards - approx. 450, 000 pieces, bookmarks - approx. 500, 000 pieces and certificates - approx. 7, 000 pieces, measuring leaflets - approx. 50, 000. Distribution to 2, 300 (+/- 5%) libraries throughout Poland, according to the list provided by Ordering Party. The choice of the method of delivering packages to libraries (e.g. own transport, external transport company, postal or courier services) is the responsibility of the Contractor. In order to complete the order, the Contractor is obliged to take into the warehouse i store materials intended for distribution for the duration of the order.
