Distribution of Municipal Publications
Subject: The purpose of this Framework Agreement is the distribution of municipal publications of the city of Pavillons-Sous-Bois. As such, the holder must carry out the distribution for approximately 11, 400 mailboxes of the city of the following media : •Municipal Journal of the City Les Pavillons Infos according to a planned frequency of 5 issues per year, •Publication every two years like City Guide, •One-off and/or thematic publications such as the Mayor's Letter, Public Meetings, Various Flyers Linked to the Festivities Organized by the City. The Holder Must Carry Out These Distributions Throughout the City's Territory; However, from time to time, it may be asked to carry out distribution only on a Part of the Territory. The details of the services payable by the Holder appear in Article 7 of the CCP as well as in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU) and will be carried out in accordance with the Stipulations of this Framework Agreement.
