1 .Quotation should remain valid for a period of at least

ninety (90) days from the submission closing date and

should be indicated in the quotation

2 .Payment shall release in ( 03 ) days from receiving the

actual invoice.

3 .Payment shall be via check or bank transfer.

4 .Payment shall be made upon verification and

acceptance of goods/services per contract and upon

presentation of correct, itemized invoice.

5. Delay fines will be equal to (1 %) for each delay day

for (20) days only. the contract will withdraw from the

company and the project will completed at the expense of

the company.
