Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the disposal of hazardous waste with codes 20 01 27* and/or 20 01 28 originating from residents and public utility facilities in the D 10 process or recovery in the R 1 process, which the Ordering Party will transfer to the Contractor in a total amount of 49 Mg ( / 10Mg) provided that this waste will be subjected only to the above-mentioned neutralization or recovery processes., The waste will be delivered by the Ordering Party for disposal or recovery to the Installation indicated by the Contractor or to a temporary storage place located at a distance fromThe distance of the Ordering Party to the place of delivery of this waste, taking into account logistical and environmental aspects, cannot be longer than 50 km., The Contractor will be obliged to provide the Ordering Party with replacement collective containers (Mausers, box pallets, etc.) for the waste delivered by him., The Contractor will be obliged today, each amount of waste brought by the Ordering Party will be accepted, without specifying minimum quantitative limits for individual types of waste delivered.
