Tender Details

The service includes:

- collection and weighing for further processing of mixed packaging (key number 15 01 06) i.e. 20m3 container press with a trailer truck at the customer's headquarters: Jurdani 50b within 48 hours of the order at the latest

- collection and weighing for further processing mixedpackaging in its waste collection center, which must be a maximum of 30 km away from the customer's headquarters.

Since it is mixed packaging that is brought directly from the user, we do not have the ability to control the downloaded content, except for a visual inspection during pickup, and often in mixed packagingži can also find other municipal waste. The specified quantities represent the collected total quantity of mixed packaging with admixtures of the specified municipal waste. The bidder undertakes to take over all mixed packaging, and to dispose of the identified part of municipal waste at his own expense. The basis for calculation was band the total amount of waste collected.

The offered service of the procurement item must enable the collection and further processing of mixed packaging, in an exemplary and adequate manner, in accordance with the Waste Management Act (Official Gazette 84/2021) and by-laws, as well as the conditions and requirements from this Procurement Documentationi. The responsibility of the owner of the waste - the Client ends at the moment the mixed packaging is taken over by the Bidder.
