Tender are invited for PUBLIC NOTICEAMENDMENT NO. 1 OF PUBLIC AIRPORT LEASE ON MUNICIPAL TRUST LAND IN SLEETMUTE, ALASKA BY THE MUNICIPAL LANDS TRUSTEEIn accordance with AS 44.33.755 and 3 AAC 190-410 - .460, the Municipal Lands Trust Officer, acting on behalf of the Commissioner of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, as trustee for the future city in Sleetmute, Alaska, approves the proposed amendment of the Public Airport Lease dated August 30, 2017, issued to the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities.This amendment of the Public Airport Lease will amend the legal description to add Tract III, for an additional 50.33 acres, as shown on the Airport Layout Plan for Sleetmute Airport. Tract III was conveyed to the State in trust as municipal trust land for airport purposes.This notice is being posted and published in accordance with the requirements of 3 AAC 190.420 and .910.
