I. SUBJECT OF THE ORDER: The subject of the order is the provision of services for the disposal of used movable assets of the Chamber of Fiscal Administration in Warsaw and units subordinate to the Chamber of Fiscal Administration in Warsaw located in the area Masovian Voivodeship. A detailed description of the subject of the order, the scope as well as the method and requirements for the implementation of the subject of the order are specified in: 1. description of the subject of the order, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ", constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, 2. contract template, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. II. DIVISION OF THE ORDER INTO PARTS: The Ordering Party did not divide the order into parts due to the nature of the services provided. Dividing the order into lots would not be rational or expedient. Division of the order into parts would pose the risk of excessive technical difficulties and excessive costs of contract execution, moreover, the lack of division is justified by organizational reasons, a possible division of the contract could seriously jeopardize the proper performance of the contract and the need coordination of the activities of various contractors implementing individual parts of the order could jeopardize the correct and timely execution of the order. At the same time, failure to divide does not affect competition by limiting the possibility of applying for zamówienie mniejszym podmiotom, w szczególności małym i średnim przedsiębiorstwom. III.
