Disposal and treatment of food waste The tender concerns the Capital Region's procurement of collection, transport and treatment of food waste, including cooking oil. As part of its daily activities, the Capital Region produces food waste and cooking oil at the region's registers, including somatic hospitals and psychiatric centres. The task includes the collection of food waste and cooking oil as well as exchange for clean material on the registers according to the determined frequency. The supplier must also take care of transport for treatment and secure it environmentally correct treatment in accordance with applicable legislation.
