Bottom ash boiler ash flue gas residue - lot 1 Bottom ash boiler ash flue gas residue - lot 2 Bottom ash boiler ash flue gas residue - lot 3 The purpose of this assignment is the environmentally responsible disposal and processing of the various residual materials (bottom ash, boiler ash, flue gas residue, etc.) that arise from the incineration of household residual waste in the IVAGO AEC. The amount of these residues is in proportion to the amount that is burned. The specified quantities within the specifications are therefore indicative and not binding. The total annual quantity to be removed is released (with a margin of 20% more or less) relatively evenly spread over the entire calendar year. You can register by plot. Lot 1: The bottom ash (EURALCODE 19.01.12) is loaded directly into 18 m3 containers with a fixed covering system via the wet deslaggers, vibrating chutes and conveyor belts, after iron removal. The amount of bottom ash to be removed annually is estimated at: 13, 000 tons. Lot 2: The boiler ashes (EURALCODE 19.01.15*) are loaded via conveyor belts, screws and a bucket lift into a storage silo of approximately 80m3. From this silo they are loaded directly into a silo truck. In case of problems with the Containers can also be loaded via bucket lift.
