Brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the procurement is to conclude a framework contract for the purchase of trocars and retractors for disposable surgical instruments. Product descriptions are given in Appendix 1. The procurement object also includes the use of each offered product conducting training at the request of the supplier. The training must be conducted in the Estonian language and the venue is the foundation Tartu University Hospital, L. Puusepa 8, Tartu or the joint-stock company "Põlva Haigla" Uus 2, Põlva, respectively. The procurement is divided into 15 parts. Offer can be presented to either one or more parts. The framework contracts are concluded according to the conditions of Appendix 2 (1 supplier) or Appendix 3 (2 suppliers) for each part with a separate deadline of 30.09.2029. If the same tenderer is recognized as successful in several parts, one contract will be made with him a framework agreement covering all relevant parts of the procurement.
