With the quotation, Rs 1000.00 needs to be paid to the Urban Development Authority,
Northern Provincial Office, Jaffna. The refundablefee of Rs. 1, 000/- + VAT paid for the
application will not be refunded in such case.
3. The price needs to be paid to the account No - 1534 of BOC bearing the name of “Chairman,
Urban Development Authority” or UDA, Northern Provincial Office, Jaffna. The receipt of
the payment should be attached with the application. And the clause of “Quotation for
Tender” is to be marked in the left side corner of the envelop. The applications should be
submitted before 08.04.2024 to Urban Development Authority, Northern Provincial office,
Jaffna at No. 20, Main Road, Jaffna
4. Tenders will be opened immediately after the closing time at the Northern Provincial Office
of the UDA at No.20, Main Street, Jaffna. Tenderer or his/her authorized representative
could be present at the time of opening.
5. The Tenderers before submitting their offers should visitthe UDA, Northern Provincial Office &
inspect the assets to be disposed from the date 25.03.2024 to 05.04.2024.
