Brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the procurement is to conclude a framework contract for the purchase of disposable biopsy needles and instruments. Product descriptions are given in Appendix 1. The scope of the procurement also includes conducting training on the use of each offered product at the request of the procurer. The training must be conducted in the Estonian language and the venue is the foundation Tartu University Hospital, L. Puusepa 8, Tartu or the joint-stock company "Põlva Haigla" Uus 2, Põlva, respectively. The procurement is divided into 13 parts. The offer can be submitted either for one or several parts. The framework contracts are concluded according to the conditions of Appendix 2 (1 supplier) or Appendix 3 (2 suppliers) for each part with a separate deadline of 30.09.2029. In the event that the same tenderer is recognized as successful in several parts, one framework contract will be concluded with him, which includes all relevant procurement parts.
