Tender Details

The united states marshals service (usms), on behalf of the office of the director (od), intends to procure display cases for the office of public affairs (opa). Please see the attached technical specifications for additional requirement details. There are four different configurations.
Product specifications:

3 pedestal showcase with lift off, frameless glass top and silver base 2

4 semi-glass silver jewelry display case with hydraulic lift opening 2
*attachment 1: the display cases with shelves do not require lighting but must have clear tops and clear/glass/acrylic shelving to allow the ceiling lighting to pass through the entire case.
The display cases should be of "store or shop" quality.
Proposal submission requirements

quotes must be submitted electronically to [email protected] and [email protected] not later than 10:00am est, february 28, 2017. No information or questions concerning this request for quote (rfq) or requests for clarifications will be provided in response to telephone calls from prospective offerors. Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning this solicitation not later than 10:00am est, february 24, 2017.
All prospective offerors must have a commercial and government entity (cage) code and be registered in the system for award management (sam) at https://www.sam.gov/porta 1/public/sam/.
Quotes should be provided on company letterhead, single page with company name, logo, name, address, point of contact, contract info, etc. Cage code, duns number, tax id number and gsa schedule number, if applicable, must be included.
Award will be based on best value trade off.

Any deviations from the rfq will render your proposal "unacceptable".
