As the nature and specifics of missions are frequently subject to significant, short-notice change, so too must the delivery of software be responsive to the needs of the air force and its aircrews. The RCAF requires a technically skilled, operationally knowledgeable contractor to manage the delivery of Dispatch, including all services contained therein (mailgun, Microsoft Azure (or like) runtime, Docker containers, Jira/Confluence interfaces, and CI/CD pipeline.) Further, appropriate liaison will be required with other departments internal to DND, including DAPI and DADD).
