Dismantle 3608 caterpillar generators,
one inside the powerplant and the other
outside, to remove the crankshaft.
-Dismantle the cylinder heads (12 pieces)
-Dismantle the injectors (12 pieces)
-Dismantle pistons, connecting rods,
cylinder liners, and all bearings
Dismantle turbochargers and their
support.
-Dismantle starter.
Dismantle water and diesel pumps and all
related pipes.
-Dismantle cylinder block and oil pan.
Suppliers should provide a crane to dismantle the heavy parts. Suppliers are welcome to the power plant for a site visit prior to submitting their offers.
