Required: · in accordance with the attached specification no. 111A-40-112A-40-ST-072-00 of May 26, 2026 · sending construction documentation (2D, 3D, DTR, KCZ) and quality (certificates, tests, reports) for acceptance by PKP IC Remtrak - Technology Department, · submission of the CE declaration. The offer should include the following items: 1. Net price and payment terms (30-day transfer).2. Completion time of the subject of the proceedings.3. Period validity of the offer.4.Warranty conditions.5. Delivery conditions - DAP required according to Incoterms 2020.6. Contact person. The following should be attached to the offer in the form of attachments: 1. Current contract registration data (entry in CEIDG, current KRS in PDF).2. Current insurance in as part of the business activity (OC).
