This is a sources sought notice and is for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This is NOT a request for proposal, quotations, or bids. The Department of the Interior, Interior Region 10 - California Great Basin, Division of Acquisitions, requests responses from Small Business, 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), HUBZONE, and/or Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), or Other than Small Business (Large Business) contractors interested in the supply of Disc Golf Course Baskets. The proposed contract type is a Firm-Fixed Price approximate delivery of product is 90 days after date of award. This is a brand name or equal product procurement. The product must meet all the following salient characteristics to be consider equal product. - 100% Hot-dipped galvanized construction - Basket Number Plate set - #1-18 hot-dipped galvanized- Pole (66 in.) - 1 1/2 in. I.D., 1 15/16 in. O.D. hot-dipped galvanized pipe, drilled.- Chain Assembly - Welded and hot-dipped galvanized. 12 outer sliding links and chains, 6 midway lifter hooks and chains, 6 inner pipe protectors and chains. All 24 chains assembled with heavy duty "S" hooks to allow freer movement of chains. Rod Assembly - 3/8 in. steel rod.- Trapper Basket 2 assembly - 3/8 in. steel rod, welded and hot-dipped galvanized- Locking Collar - Welded and hot-dipped galvanized. 4" Collar- 2 1/8" Tubing- Anchor (ground sleeve) - 18 in. x 2 1/8 in. O.D. pipe, hot-dipped galvanized- Powder Coating over hot-dipped galvanized steel for added corrosion protection- Additional Anchor (or ground sleeve) - 18 in. x 2 1-8 in.
