The Objective of this Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is to prequalify Disaster Response Contractors for the provision of Services as further defined in Exhibit 2 - Detailed Scope of Services and Expectations and establish a VOR (Vendor of Record) Agreement with the four (4) highest scoring Proponents with regards to the evaluation criteria. However, the University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of Selected Proponents based on the overall scoring of the Proposals. The University may add Shortlisted Proponents at a later date to potentially supplement the VOR Roster(s) at the University-s discretion.
