1) The Local Government Unit of Arakan, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND and FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos only (₱ 2, 750, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for DISASTER PREVENTION AND MITIGATION PROGRAM (LOWER BINOONGAN DOUBLE BOX CULVERT) AT BRGY. BINOONGAN, ARAKAN, COTABATO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Arakan, now invites bids for DISASTER PREVENTION AND MITIGATION PROGRAM (LOWER BINOONGAN DOUBLE BOX CULVERT) AT BRGY.
