The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking sources in support of the Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4) Enterprise Directorate (“J6 C4”) requirement for the DISA Hampton Roads Virginia Network and Cabling Infrastructure (NetCI).

INTRODUCTION:



This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (including the following subsets: Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses and Woman-Owned Small Businesses) to provide the required products and/or services.



DISA J6 Hampton Roads (HR) is seeking information from potential sources for contract services supporting its role as an Information Technology (IT) service provider. This effort requires on-site support to provide cable and network management. The cable management function is expected to be fully sustained by this contract. The network management functions are limited to providing technical and network engineering assistance to the existing government engineers and technicians. There are approximately 15, 000 IT assets, 2, 000 end users, and 400 network devices. The networks supported include Non-classified Internet Protocol (IP) Router Network (NIPRNet) and Secret Internet Protocol (IP) Router Network (SIPRNet) (with some other variants to include REL-A, U.S. Battlefield Information collection and Exploitation Systems (USBICES), Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System (CENTRIx) etc.).
