Tondo Medical Center, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the project Procurement of Direct Thermal Wristband Printer with an Approved Budget for the Contract of Ninety Thousand Pesos (PhP 90, 000.00) through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
