The acquisition is the total service for the flexible endoscopic observation equipment used in operation. The original contract was signed on July 2, 2020. The contracting entity then launched the negotiations to clarify the agreement and the terms of the contract. The final procurement agreement was signed 10.11.2020 for the five (5) year contract period where the subscriber received the necessary endoscopy equipment, installation, training, maintenance and support services, as well as spare equipment for endoscopy measures and ERCP measures. The ownership of the equipment remained with the supplier. The billing of the service was based on at a price -specific price where the subscriber pays on the basis of the measures taken from the equipment service. The procurement agreement included a five (5) year -long sequel to endoscopy measures, from which the subscriber will make a separate direct procurement decision if the option period is introduced And direct procurement criteria are still existing. In the future, the five -year option will allow the same entity to be combined with a broader entity that is likely to be of interest Other market players. The procurement procedure is the most advantageous way for the contracting entity to implement the procurement when the previous contract with the current supplier is continued and prices and terms and conditions remain unchanged.
