Cooperation agreement between HUS Corporation ("HUS") and Databricks Inc. (Incorporation, "Databricks"), which agrees on the cooperation related to HUS's Azure Databricks environment and the support elements provided by Databricks. The cooperation agreement to be concluded now relates to the decision of the previously tendered entity (HUS Group) to join Hansel Oy's tender for the joint procurement of distribution and management services for Microsoft product usage rights. The decision to join the joint procurement was made on 6 November 2023, HUS Group yhtymähallitus decision § 138, HUS/7018/2023) for utilization and does not change the Azure capacity acquisition model or invoicing. The purpose of the collaboration is to support and enhance the utilization of HUS's existing data pool as well as to promote knowledge-based management and the development of data solutions through the cooperation enabled by Databricks.
