The Etelä-Savo welfare area Eloisa makes a direct purchase of the nurse call system it needs for the Pieksämäki area for the contract period starting on February 1, 2026, continuing indefinitely. The Pieksämäki social and health center uses Tunstall Oy's provided by the nurse call system. The service contracts for the sites include all devices in the systems as a service, periodic maintenance at the sites, software updates, server renewals, renewals of devices that break down in normal use, 24/7 support services in accordance with the contract specifications.
