The Vantaa and Kerava welfare area uses Microsoft Corporation (hereafter also Microsoft) products in its operations. The Chief Information Officer of the Vantaa and Kerava welfare area has made a decision § 75 5 October 2023 VAKEDno-2022-481 Microsoft For the procurement of Unified support services for a period of three (3) years. The contract is about to expire on 27 October 2026. It is necessary for the welfare region of Vantaa and Kerava to continue to acquire the Unified support service. Microsoft support services are needed for: - current applications for migration and optimization to the cloud, - for innovation of new applications and modernization of existing applications, - for accelerated automation of business processes, - for saving costs by improving operational processes, - to build cooperation models in terms of information security and compliance, and - to enable safe remote work for employees. The service includes:- Unified basic services (service management and architect services)- Operational support, escalation services, as well as technical product support 24/7- Health assessments (On-demand Assessments): Azure AD, AAD Security, SQL, Windows Server, Azure Solution Assessments- Training services: Training planning, certificate paths and discounts (ESI program)- Consulting services: Azure, M365, BizApps, PowerPlatform- Success programs: Programs for implementing artificial intelligence, data security and cloud computing The service is procured for a new three (3) year period from 28.10.2026 to 27.10.2029.
