Direct award of a service concession in accordance with Article 5 Paragraph 4 of Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007 for the operation of motor routes It is noted that this is a DIRECT AWARD. The market town of Paternion intends to operate several conventional motor routes for the transport region To order the Lower Drautal. This transport region consists of the areas of the five municipalities (alphabetically) Ferndorf, Fresach, Paternion, Stockenboi and Weißenstein. The motor routes in question serve almost exclusively the largely flat road Valley floor of the region. The order is made on the basis of a public service contract within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007 on public transport services in the form of a service concession contract.
