Diosgyőr steelworks revitalization study
Preparation of a complex study on the concept plan for the revitalization and industrial utilization of the brownfield area of the Diosgyőr Steelworks (DAM) in Miskolc (Miskolc, 23365/43 hrsz) the 130-hectare industry currently owned by approximately 150 peoplewith a complex examination of area i. The aim of the study is to systematize the assessment, planning, legal, utilization and transformation tasks required for the prepared state at the industrial park level, which can be recommended without major transformation, and for their utilization purposes legal, operational, industrial and structuralpropose an artistic concept, with the cost and schedule required for its implementation. An operational concept proposal suitable for the implementation of the planned "functional mix" is also part of the study, which covers the possible sources of financing for the development, the method of operation and its business model.lljere.
Parts of the study to be prepared:
1. Presentation of the current situation
Current ownership composition, possible active encumbrances, claims and authority decisions belonging to the area, description of the situation hindering the development of the area, as well as the currently operating industrial and economic activitiespresentation of features. Current legal/technical/architectural presentation of the area, presentation of the logistics, social and service industry situation.
2. Industrial utilization
