The Barangay Poblacion, Sibonga, Cebu through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of One hundred eighty-two thousand eight hundred & 80/100 pesos only (182, 800.80), Diorama and Miniature Map of Barangay Poblacion being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bid received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
