this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The va sierra nevada health care system (vasnhcs) is requesting quotes from any authorized vendor who can provide the dilon navigator 2.0 system and wireless lymphatic mapping pilot probe manufactured by dilon technologies.
Va261-17-q-0674 is issued as a request for quotation (rfq) and contains clauses and provisions that are in effect through federal acquisition circular (fac) 2005-93-1. The naics code is 339112-surgical and medical instrument manufacturing, size standard 1, 000 employees.
This solicitation is set-aside for small business and only qualified vendors may submit offers; however, if there are two or more verified service-disabled veteran-owned small business (sdvosb) and veteran-owned small business (vosb) who are authorized distributors of the dilon navigator 2.0 system, this acquisition will be set-aside for sdvosdbs or vosbs.
