DIJON METROPOLE - Assistance to project management for a study and advice mission in terms of waste management The collection and treatment of household and similar household waste falls under the jurisdiction of Dijon Métropole which brings together 23 municipalities for approximately 266, 000 inhabitants in 2026. The housing is of urban typology. Dijon Métropole directly manages an Energy Recovery Unit (UVE) with a capacity of 140, 000 tonnes/year. It treats approximately 96% of household waste in the population of the Côte d-Or. Dijon Métropole wishes to provide itself with general project management assistance to support its waste prevention and management strategy. The expected assistance includes a complete field of services at the same time technical (prevention, collection, waste management, recycling centers), legal and financial (financial outlook, pricing), but also support in participatory approaches
