Description of the service: The object of the tender is the contracting of a digitization service for a selection of documents from the ATL project archive. The documents in the master archive are all in paper format and their size ranges from DIN A4 to DIN A3. Regarding the type of binding, there will be plastic cannons, metal cannons and ring binders. The thickness of each volume can vary between a couple of millimeters and 12 cm. The copies subject to scanning may be unnumbered on the pages, stapled or held by clips. The shades and characteristics of the pages may be different from each other, given the type of paper, size, ink, color, etc. Some titles are cyclostyled, the text is sometimes quite lost or faded. Within the same document there may be sheets printed on both sides. The documentation that must arrive and that is not yet cataloged can contain sheets larger than a DIN A3.
