Digitization service - consultancy services The competition concerns the delivery of digitization services - consultancy services. The value of the procurement is estimated to be below the national threshold value. The estimated value of the acquisition is an estimate and is not binding client. For further information, we refer to the procurement documents. It is reserved that the acquisition may be canceled if the necessary approval from the board is not available. By its nature, this acquisition is considered to have an immaterial value impact on the climate and the environment, cf. regulations § 7-9, fifth paragraph. The reason for this is that the procurement concerns the purchase of consultancy/advisory services where the client is prevented from influencing the climate and the environmental impact, since requirements and criteria which targets these elements will not have a sufficient connection to the delivery, cf. DFØ's environmental guide. Apprentices: The client has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. § 7 of the Procurement Act, and concluded that there is no requirements for apprentices in this procurement as it is considered disproportionate, because there is a need for specialized competence that an apprentice cannot be expected to possess, cf. the Apprenticeship Regulations § 6 (4).
