Digitization of Rennes Métropole town planning files
Subject: The Objective of the Market Provides for the Purchase of a Scanning Service Comprising 3 Steps: - The cutting of the documents into its different parts, - The actual scanning of each of the parts, - The recovery of each of the parts in the software Instruction Via An Application Programming Interface (Api) System. This Market Concerns The Digitization Of Records And Their Transfer By API. The expected service is described in detail in the CCTP, as well as the technical specifications Linked to the development of the API payment system. The market could be extended to: - Any new municipality joining the shared service or entrusting new tasks relating to urban planning authorizations, - All files which could be included In the Urban Right of Pre-emption, and the Possible Developments Thereof - Has Similar Requests Linked to Urban Planning Files. The Service May Also Concern Files Not Yet Digitized, In Particular Old Files, Or Archived Files That the Services Concerned by This Service Would Wish to Resume the Instruction Tool. These files will be added to the volumes indicated. This framework agreement, in application of Articles L.2113-6 and L.2113-7, has been placed in an order group Permanent between Rennes Métropole, the city of Rennes, the Municipal Social Action Center (Ccas) and the School Fund of the city of Rennes. In accordance with its Constitutive Agreement, it is represented by Mrs. Nathalie Appere, acting in her capacity President of Rennes Métropole, who is designated as coordinator of the order group and will be responsible for signing the framework agreement and notifying it.
