The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The contract is likely to be renewed under the conditions of the specifications. The objective of the market provides for the purchase of a digitization service comprising 3 stages: - Cutting of the documents into its different parts, - The actual scanning of each of the parts, - The recovery of each of the parts in the instruction software via an Application Programming Interface (API) system. This involves the digitization of files and their transfer by API. The market could be extended to: - Any new municipality, - All files which could fall within the urban right of pre-emption, - Requests linked to town planning files. The service may also concern files not yet digitized
