The subject of the order is a service consisting in the expansion of the Bosflow electronic document circulation system owned by the Ordering Party through the supply of necessary licenses, implementation of new functional modules and integration of the system with the Electronic Document Management module. Medical Documentation (EDM) of the Ordering Party's HIS system. The purpose of the order is to digitize and automate the process of handling applications for access to medical records, regardless of the form of submitting the application (electronic or paper) and the method of access documentation. The scope of the order includes in particular: expansion of the Bosflow system with a dedicated register and circulation of requests for medical documentation, supply of licenses enabling the implementation of new system functionalities, implementation of a form creator and modeler processes, integration of the SEOD system with the EDM module of the Ordering Party's HIS system, configuration, parameterization and tests of the implemented solution, conducting training for administrators and system users, provision of warranty services and technical support by a period of 36 months from the final acceptance of the system.
